Cân nhắc bên nào lớn hơn (AD>DIS / DIS>AD)
'Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?' bắt buộc bạn phải cân đo và chọn bên lớn hơn. Body 1 thừa nhận bên yếu nhưng dùng phản đề (counter) để làm nhẹ nó; Body 2 bảo vệ mạnh mẽ bên bạn cho là lớn hơn.

Some people think good health is a basic human need, so medical services should not be run by profit-making companies. Do the disadvantages of private health care outweigh the advantages? The provision of medical services is a fundamental human requirement, so many oppose the involvement of profit-driven companies. While I acknowledge that private health care poses a risk of social inequality, I personally believe its benefits — high-quality services and relief for the public sector — are far more significant. Admittedly, private institutions can create inequality in access. Since they charge high fees, low-income individuals may struggle to afford treatment, widening the gap between rich and poor. However, it is important to recognise that higher quality often comes with higher cost — a principle that applies across many areas of life. This does not necessarily reflect unfairness; it can motivate people to work harder. Therefore, private institutions can be viewed as part of a merit-based system. On the other hand, despite this drawback, I firmly believe its advantages can overshadow its disadvantages. First, private hospitals tend to provide higher-quality services thanks to better facilities and well-trained staff. In addition, they help alleviate the burden on public hospitals, which are often overwhelmed with long waiting lists, allowing the public sector to focus on those who cannot afford private care. In conclusion, it seems to me that the drawbacks of private health care pale in comparison with the benefits it offers. Despite concerns about inequality, improved services and reduced pressure on public hospitals make it a valuable component of modern healthcare.
